Playful in nature, Acroyoga workshops give you tools to learn foundational alignment, counter-balances, and movement patterns.
No previous experience is necessary. These techniques are accessible for everyone to try, with modifications available regardless of experience. You will learn to support each other with trust building exercises and games, and learn to fly and connect different poses by finding smooth transitions from one posture to the next.
