Chanting is a soothing & empowering practice that can be used to reduce stress, anxiety & depression.
Similar to other practices such as yoga and meditation, chanting allows you to connect to your spirit, open your heart and manifest your truest desires.
Each Sunday, you will sip on delicious, freshly brewed herbal tea while you learn a new Sanskrit chant, English translations & pronunciation.
Then you will be led through a chanting circle led by Carly, followed by a meditation into bliss.
To close the class you will have an opportunity to journal/reflect and share about your experience.
You will also receive recordings of each chant as well as a booklet with all of the mantras so that you may continue your new practice at home!
