Charlee practices from the traditional lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya that was passed down to her through her many teachers. Rooted strongly in the 8 Limbs of Yoga, she encourages her students to experience Yoga on and off the mat. During this 2 hour Vinyasa Yoga Master Class you can expect to receive a strong asana practice followed by pranayama and meditation. There will be options for inversions and arm balances, and an emphasis on the breath. Charlee’s main hope is that you come away from this class inspired to continue your journey along the path of Yoga.
