Mom and Baby Yoga

Mom & Baby Yoga (Pre-registered series)

Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am. Class is 1 hour yoga, 30 minutes of connecting with fellow mamas.

Home with a new baby? Bring your sweet babe to Invati Yoga and treat yourself to a yoga class in the company of other new mamas. Classes are lead by an experienced yoga instructor, Megan Clyne. Yoga can be a great way to begin safely strengthening, stretching and taking care of the body and mind post pregnancy. Our intention is to provide a safe space for new mamas to connect and find community.

Show up as you are, mama. No experience required. Nursing, bottle feeding, diapering, crying, giggling and everything else that comes with a new babe is welcome and expected. 

We ask that only pre-crawling babies attend. Women who are post-partum are recommended to receive clearance from their health care provider for exercise before participating.

Mom & Baby Yoga at Invati is offered as a  pre-registered 6 week series.

Upcoming series: Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov 7. Limited to 12 participants.
