Prenatal Yoga (Pre-registered series)

Sundays from 1:00pm-2:30pm. Class is 1 hour yoga, 30 minutes of connecting with fellow mamas.
 

Pre-natal yoga is a great way to connect with other pregnant mamas and to stay active during all stages of pregnancy. Our prenatal classes are designed to strengthen the muscles used in labour, to stretch muscles that get stiff and sore from lack of mobility and to encourage rest and relaxation. Take care of yourself, bond with your baby and learn breathing techniques to help you throughout the labour process.

Prenatal yoga at Invati is offered as a  pre-registered 6 week series.

Upcoming series: Oct 14, 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 18. Limited to 12 participants.

Show up as you are, mama. Classes are open to pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. Classes lead by Megan Clyne, an experienced prenatal yoga teacher. No experience required to join.
