Breathwork Facilitator Training

Georgia’s personal approach is centred in using Gaia, Spirit Guides, and our Ancestors; as anchors, and grounding. This allows us to better filter, cleanse, and hold energetic space during Breathwork.

Inside the 4 hours you will experience:

•a 2 hour extensive breathwork journey to sit in space of receiving

•journal and circle sharing of experience

•the science behind breathwork

•facilitating a session

•protecting your energy during a session with Spirit

PSA* facilitating a spiritually grounded Breathwork isn’t for the faint of heart, and it does require you to experience the energies being released by those in the Journey. It’s intense work, but it’s very fulfilling and exhilarating! And don’t worry, you will be given all of the guidance in facilitating this sacred space
