Women’s Womb Yoga (with Joss): 4 week series
A potent and powerful series to re-connect women of ALL ages to their powerful feminine energies via yoni bandhas, womb connection breath-work & meditations, and an embodiment-style yoga practice with time for journaling and reflection.

4 WOMB YOGA classes (every Mon eve / 1 hour) which will include:
